In Act 24:2, lit., "reformations come about (or take place, lit., 'become')," the RV has "evils are corrected," AV, "worthy deeds are done;" there is no word for "worthy" or for "deeds" in the original. Some texts have katorthoma, which has the same meaning. See diorthosis, "reformation," Heb 9:10.
