* Two verbs are translated by the verb "to discover," in the AV. The RV translates differently in each case.

"to perceive distinctly, discern clearly, descry," is translated "discovered" in Act 27:39, AV, of finding a bay with a creek (RV, "perceived"). See BEHOLD.
