"to will, wish," is translated by the verb "to list" in Mat 17:12, Mar 9:13, Joh 3:8. See DESIRE, B, No. 6.

"to will, be minded," is translated "listeth" in Jam 3:4 (RV, "willeth"). See DESIRE, B, No. 7.
