Pronounce

"to say, declare," is rendered "pronounceth (blessing)" in Rom 4:6, RV, which necessarily repeats the verb in Rom 4:9 (it is absent from the original), for AV, "cometh" (italicized). See ASK, A, No. 6, DESCRIBE, No. 2, SAY.
