Saving (Preposition)

used as a preposition, denotes "saving," Mat 5:32 (in some mss. Mat 19:9). See EXCEPT.

Note: In Luk 4:27, Rev 2:17, AV, ei me (lit., "if not"), is translated "saving" (RV, "but only" and "but").
