Psalms

Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; proclaim his deeds among the peoples.

Isaiah

and on that day you will say: “Give thanks to the LORD; proclaim his name! Make his works known among the peoples. Declare that his name is exalted.

Ezekiel

I will display my greatness and holiness, and will reveal myself in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’

Matthew

From then on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, because the kingdom of heaven has come near.”

“Follow me,” he told them, “and I will make you fish for people.”

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt should lose its taste, how can it be made salty? It’s no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.

“You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden.

No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house.

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Mark

For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of me and the gospel will save it.

“Truly I tell you,” Jesus said, “there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the gospel,

who will not receive a hundred times more, now at this time  — houses, brothers and sisters, mothers and children, and fields, with persecutions  — and eternal life in the age to come.

Then he said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Luke

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed,

By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

My Father is glorified by this: that you produce much fruit and prove to be my disciples.

Acts

Every day in the temple, and in various homes, they continued teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

Peter began to speak: “Now I truly understand that God doesn’t show favoritism,

but in every nation the person who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

For this is what the Lord has commanded us: I have made you a light for the Gentiles to bring salvation to the end of the earth.

You know that I did not avoid proclaiming to you anything that was profitable or from teaching you publicly and from house to house.

But I consider my life of no value to myself; my purpose is to finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.

To this very day, I have had help from God, and I stand and testify to both small and great, saying nothing other than what the prophets and Moses said would take place  —

that the Messiah must suffer, and that, as the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to our people and to the Gentiles.”

Romans

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.

So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.

1 Corinthians

I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.

For we are God’s coworkers. You are God’s field, God’s building.

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel I preached to you, which you received, on which you have taken your stand

and by which you are being saved, if you hold to the message I preached to you — unless you believed in vain.

Colossians

God wanted to make known among the Gentiles the glorious wealth of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

2 Thessalonians

He called you to this through our gospel, so that you might obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Timothy

And most certainly, the mystery of godliness is great: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

2 Timothy

Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching.

Titus

But you are to proclaim things consistent with sound teaching.

1 Peter

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

but in your hearts regard Christ the Lord as holy, ready at any time to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.

What you have heard from the beginning is to remain in you. If what you have heard from the beginning remains in you, then you will remain in the Son and in the Father.
