Deuteronomy 5:16 - Honor thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
1 Samuel 2:30 - Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me forever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honor me I will honor, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
Psalms 1:1 - Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Psalms 1:2 - But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Psalms 1:3 - And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psalms 1:4 - The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

Psalms 1:5 - Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

Psalms 1:6 - For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
Romans 12:9 - Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Romans 12:10 - Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another;

Romans 12:11 - Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

Romans 12:12 - Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Romans 12:13 - Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
Romans 13:1 - Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Romans 13:2 - Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

Romans 13:3 - For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

Romans 13:4 - For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Romans 13:5 - Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Romans 13:6 - For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

Romans 13:7 - Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.
Ephesians 6:1 - Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Ephesians 6:2 - Honor thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

Ephesians 6:3 - That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Ephesians 6:4 - And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
1 Timothy 1:17 - Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
1 Timothy 5:17 - Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially they who labor in the word and doctrine.

1 Timothy 5:18 - For the Scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The laborer is worthy of his reward.
2 Timothy 2:21 - If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Hebrews 5:4 - And no man taketh this honor unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.
